중부내륙연계발전지역 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제17조(지방교부세의 지원)

행정안전부장관은 「지방교부세법」 제6조, 제9조 및 제9조의3에 따른 교부세 외에 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 중부내륙연계발전사업의 시행을 위한 지역현안 관련 수요가 발생하여 특별한 재정수요가 있다고 요청하는 경우에는 법 제18조제2항에 따라 지방교부세 중 특별교부세를 그 운영재원의 범위에서 심사하여 교부할 수 있다.
