채권의 공정한 추심에 관한 법률 시행령 제3조((비용명세서의 교부))

① 채무자 또는 관계인은 채권추심자가 법 제13조의2제1항에 따른 사업자가 아닌 경우에도 법 제13조제1항에 따라 청구되는 채권추심비용을 항목별로 명시한 서류(이하 "비용명세서"라 한다)의 교부를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2014.11.21>

② 제1항에 따라 비용명세서의 교부를 요청받은 채권추심자는 정당한 사유가 없는 한 이에 따라야 하고, 채무자 또는 관계인에게 그 교부에 따른 비용을 청구해서는 아니 된다.
