책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(임용권의 위임)

① 법 제18조에 따라 중앙행정기관의 장의 소속책임운영기관 소속 공무원에 대한 임용권 중 별표 3에서 정하는 임용권을 기관장에게 위임한다.

② 기관장은 법 제10조에 따른 기본운영규정에서 정하는 바에 따라 별표 3에서 위임된 임용권의 일부를 소속 기관의 장 또는 본부의 부서의 장에게 다시 위임할 수 있다.

③ 정원의 조정 또는 소속 기관 및 본부의 부서 간의 인사 교류를 실시할 때에는 제2항에도 불구하고 기관장이 임용권을 행사할 수 있다.
