한부모가족지원법 제29조(벌칙)

① 제12조의3제6항을 위반하여 금융정보등을 사용 또는 누설한 사람은 5년 이하의 징역 또는 5천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <신설 2012.2.1, 2014.1.21>

② 제12조의2제4항을 위반하여 자료 등을 사용 또는 누설한 사람은 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <신설 2012.2.1, 2014.1.21>

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 uses유시즈 or오 divulges디^v벌지즈 data데이타 or오 other어^ð더 information인^f퍼메이션 in인 violation^v바이얼레이션 of어^v브 Article아터클 12-2 (4) shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 three^θ쓰^r리 years이어즈 or오 by바이 a어 fine^f파인 not낫 exceeding익시딩 30 million밀리언 won.원

③ 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 1년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2011.4.12, 2012.2.1, 2014.1.21, 2016.3.2>

④ 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 복지 급여를 받거나 타인으로 하여금 복지 급여를 받게 한 자는 1년 이하의 징역, 1천만원 이하의 벌금, 구류 또는 과료에 처한다. <개정 2012.2.1, 2014.1.21>
