항만공사법 시행령 제17조(사채의 발행)

① 공사가 법 제34조제1항에 따라 사채를 발행하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 해당 연도의 사채발행계획을 수립하여 위원회의 의결을 거쳐야 한다. <개정 2017.6.20>

② 공사는 제1항에 따라 위원회의 의결을 거친 해당 연도의 사채발행계획에 대하여 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제40조제4항 본문에 따라 해당 공사의 예산안이 확정된 날부터 2개월 이내에 법 제34조제2항 전단에 따라 해양수산부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <신설 2017.6.20>

③ 공사는 법 제34조제2항 후단에 따라 승인받은 사채발행계획을 변경하려는 경우에는 위원회의 의결을 거쳐 사채 발행일 10일 전까지 해양수산부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. <신설 2017.6.20>
