국민연금법 제95조의2(연금보험료등의 납부증명)

① 제88조에 따른 연금보험료의 납부 의무자(이하 이 조에서 "납부 의무자"라 한다)가 국가, 지방자치단체 또는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제4조에 따른 공공기관으로부터 공사ㆍ제조ㆍ구매ㆍ용역 등 대통령령으로 정하는 계약의 대가를 지급받는 경우에는 연금보험료와 그에 따른 연체금 및 체납처분비(이하 이 조에서 "연금보험료등"이라 한다)의 납부사실을 증명하여야 한다. 다만, 납부 의무자가 계약대금의 전부 또는 일부를 체납한 연금보험료로 납부하려는 경우 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

② 납부 의무자가 제1항에 따라 납부사실을 증명하여야 할 경우 제1항의 계약을 담당하는 주무관서 또는 공공기관은 납부 의무자의 동의를 받아 건강보험공단에 조회하여 연금보험료등의 납부여부를 확인하는 것으로 제1항에 따른 납부증명을 갈음할 수 있다.
