규제자유특구 및 지역특화발전특구에 관한 규제특례법 제137조(관광식당업소 내 외국인 국내공연)

규제자유특구 내 혁신사업 또는 전략산업과 관련하여 「관광진흥법 시행령」 제2조제1항제6호라목의 관광식당업으로 「관광진흥법」 제6조에 따라 지정을 받은 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 갖춘 경우, 「영화 및 비디오물의 진흥에 관한 법률」 제71조에 따른 영상물등급위원회의 추천을 받아 해당 관광식당업소에서 외국인 국내공연을 할 수 있다.
