벤처기업육성에 관한 특별법 시행령 제14조(건축허용이 제외되는 지역 등)

① 법 제21조제2항에서 "녹지지역 등 대통령령으로 정하는 지역"이란 「국토의 계획 및 이용에 관한 법률 시행령」 제30조에 따른 지역 중 전용주거지역, 제1종일반주거지역 및 녹지지역을 말한다.

② 법 제21조제3항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 공장"이란 「산업집적활성화 및 공장설립에 관한 법률 시행령」 제34조제1호의 도시형공장 중 공장건축면적(건축물 각 층의 바닥면적과 옥외공작물의 수평투영면적을 더한 면적을 말한다)이 2천 제곱미터 이하인 도시형공장을 말한다.

③ 벤처기업집적시설에 입주한 자가 법 제21조제3항에 따라 벤처기업집적시설에 공장을 설치하려는 경우(설치하려는 공장의 적재하중이 벤처기업집적시설로 지정받은 건축물의 적재하중 이하인 경우는 제외한다)에 벤처기업집적시설의 설치ㆍ운영자는 미리 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 해당 건축물의 구조안전에 대한 확인을 받아야 한다. 이 경우 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장은 필요하다고 인정하면 「건축사법」 제2조제1호에 따른 건축사나 「국가기술자격법」에 따른 건축구조기술사에게 구조안전에 관한 사항을 검토하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.24>
