보훈보상대상자 지원에 관한 법률 제26조(교육기관)

1. 「초ㆍ중등교육법」 제2조에 따른 중학교, 고등학교 및 그 밖에 이에 준하는 학교. 다만, 같은 법 제60조의2에 따른 외국인학교는 제외한다.

2. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 대학(산업대학ㆍ교육대학ㆍ전문대학ㆍ원격대학 및 기술대학을 포함한다. 이하 "대학"이라 한다) 및 그 밖에 이에 준하는 학교. 다만, 같은 법 제29조의2의 대학원과 같은 법 제30조의 대학원대학은 제외한다.
