Enforcement Decree of the Community Credit Cooperatives Act, Article 7 (Full-Time Officers)
법 제18조제2항 전단에 따라 상근임원을 둘 수 있는 금고의 자산 규모, 재무구조 및 상근임원의 수는 다음 각 호와 같다. 이 경우 자산은 이사장을 선출하는 연도의 전전 사업연도의 결산보고서(법 제34조제2항에 따라 정기총회의 승인을 받은 결산보고서를 말한다. 이하 제8조의2, 제8조의3제1호 및 제10조의2에서 같다)에 적힌 자산총액을 기준으로 한다. <개정 2011.9.9, 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2022.4.19, 2023.10.4, 2025.6.25>
The asset size, financial structure, and number of full-time officers of a cooperative that may have full-time officers under the first sentence of Article 18 (2) of the Act are as follows. In such cases, assets shall be based on the total assets stated in the settlement report of the business year before the preceding business year of the year in which the chairperson is elected (referring to the settlement report approved by the regular general meeting under Article 34 (2) of the Act; hereinafter the same in Articles 8-2, 8-3 (1), and 10-2):
1. 자산이 500억원 이상 2,000억원 미만인 금고로서 법 제79조제6항에 따른 경영상태 평가 결과가 행정안전부장관이 정하는 기준을 충족하는 금고: 1명
1. A cooperative with assets of at least 50 billion won and less than 200 billion won whose result of management condition evaluation under Article 79 (6) of the Act satisfies the standards determined by the Minister of the Interior and Safety: one person;
2. 자산이 2,000억원 이상 5,000억원 미만인 금고로서 법 제79조제6항에 따른 경영상태 평가 결과가 행정안전부장관이 정하는 기준을 충족하는 금고: 2명 이하
2. A cooperative with assets of at least 200 billion won and less than 500 billion won whose result of management condition evaluation under Article 79 (6) of the Act satisfies the standards determined by the Minister of the Interior and Safety: up to two persons;
3. 자산이 5,000억원 이상인 금고로서 법 제79조제6항에 따른 경영상태 평가 결과가 행정안전부장관이 정하는 기준을 충족하는 금고: 3명 이하
3. A cooperative with assets of at least 500 billion won whose result of management condition evaluation under Article 79 (6) of the Act satisfies the standards determined by the Minister of the Interior and Safety: up to three persons;
4. 자산이 8,000억원 이상인 지역금고로서 법 제79조제6항에 따른 경영상태 평가 결과가 행정안전부장관이 정하는 기준을 충족하지 못하는 지역금고: 1명(상근감사로 한정한다)
4. A regional cooperative with assets of at least 800 billion won whose result of management condition evaluation under Article 79 (6) of the Act does not satisfy the standards determined by the Minister of the Interior and Safety: one person (limited to a full-time auditor).
