Enforcement Rule of the Plant Variety Protection Act, Article 65 (Requests for Trials)

법 제91조 또는 제92조에 따라 심판청구를 하려는 자는 별지 제37호서식의 청구서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 심판위원회위원장에게 제출하여야 한다.
