옥외광고물 등의 관리와 옥외광고산업 진흥에 관한 법률 시행령 제10조(광고물등 표시기간의 연장)

① 법 제3조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 전단에 따라 허가를 받거나 신고한 광고물등의 표시기간을 연장하려는 자는 그 표시기간의 만료일 전후 30일 이내에 별지 제1호서식의 신청서 또는 신고서를 시장등에게 제출하여 허가를 받거나 신고해야 한다. 이 경우 종전의 표시기간이 1년 이상인 광고물등의 경우에는 다음 각 호의 서류를 추가로 첨부해야 한다. <개정 2012.7.9, 2015.12.31, 2016.7.6, 2021.5.4>

② 제1항에 따른 허가 대상 광고물등으로서 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 광고물등의 경우에는 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 시장등에게 신고하고 표시기간을 연장할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 광고물등의 표시기간을 연장하려는 자가 그 연장허가를 신청하거나 신고를 하면서 제9조제1항 각 호의 사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 별지 제1호서식의 신청서 또는 신고서에 그 변경사항을 기재하여 변경허가 신청 또는 변경신고를 함께 할 수 있다. <신설 2021.5.4>

④ 시장등은 제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따라 표시기간 연장허가를 하거나 신고를 수리했을 때에는 연장된 표시기간이 기재된 허가증 또는 신고증명서를 새로 발급해야 한다. <개정 2021.5.4>

⑤ 제4항에 따른 연장된 표시기간은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 날부터 시작한다. <신설 2021.5.4>
