전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제89조(감사위원장)

① 감사위원장은 제37조제3항에 따라 통합특별시의회의 동의를 받아 통합특별시장이 임명한다.

② 감사위원장은 감사위원회를 대표하고 감사위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

③ 감사위원장의 임기는 3년으로 한다.

④ 감사위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 감사위원 중에서 통합특별시조례로 정하는 바에 따라 선임된 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
