전남광주통합특별시 설치를 위한 특별법 제8조(통합특별시 사무의 위탁 특례)

① 통합특별시장 또는 통합특별시교육감은 소관 사무와 법령에 따라 위임된 사무의 일부를 다른 지방자치단체나 그 장 또는 교육감에게 위탁하여 처리하게 할 수 있다.

② 사무위탁에 관하여 이 법에서 규정한 사항을 제외하고는 「지방자치법」 제168조의 사무의 위탁에 관한 규정을 준용한다.
