주무부장관이나 시ㆍ도지사는 법 제21조제9항에 따라 감사가 끝나면 그 끝난 날부터 10일 이내에 감사 실시 개요와 청구 대상 사무 처리의 적법 여부에 대한 감사 결과를 공표해야 한다.
