가석방자는 가석방 기간 중 「가석방자관리규정」 제5조부터 제7조까지, 제10조, 제13조제1항, 제15조 및 제16조에 따른 지켜야 할 사항 및 관할 경찰서장의 명령 또는 조치를 따라야 하며 이를 위반하는 경우에는 「형법」 제75조에 따라 가석방을 취소할 수 있다. <개정 2018.12.28, 2020.8.5>
