Enforcement Decree of the Act on Promotion of Development and Distribution of Environmentally Friendly Ships, Article 10 (Standards and Methods, etc. of Support for Purchasers, etc. of Environmentally Friendly Ships)

① 법 제10조에 따라 지원을 받을 수 있는 자는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자로서 환경친화적 선박을 매입하거나 건조를 발주하는 자 또는 환경친화적 기자재를 설치, 교체하거나 그 밖의 방법으로 환경친화적 선박으로 개조하려는 선박의 소유자(이하 "환경친화적 선박 구매자 또는 개조자"라 한다)로 한다. <개정 2020.8.26, 2020.12.1, 2023.1.10, 2025.5.20>

② 해양수산부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 환경친화적 선박 구매자 또는 개조자에게 다음 각 호에 해당하는 지원을 할 수 있다.

1. 환경친화적 선박의 매입 또는 건조에 필요한 자금의 일부를 보조하거나 필요한 자금을 융자할 경우 그 대출이자의 일부 보조

③ 해양수산부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사는 환경친화적 선박 구매자 또는 개조자의 선박이 법 제6조에 따라 환경친화적 선박 인증을 받은 경우에는 자금 등을 우선적으로 지원하거나 지원대상 선정에 가산점을 부여하는 등의 지원시책을 마련할 수 있다.
