Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection and Utilization of Cultural Heritage, Article 21-3 (Acts Subject to Permission by the Mayor of a Special Self-Governing City, etc.)

법 제35조제1항 단서에 따라 특별자치시장, 특별자치도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장의 허가(변경허가를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)를 받아야 하는 행위는 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2017.1.26, 2018.2.27, 2018.5.28, 2019.7.2, 2022.11.29, 2024.5.7, 2025.7.8>
