Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of the Media and Communications Commission, Article 3 (Grounds for Disqualification)

법 제10조제2항 및 제20조제2항에 따른 방송ㆍ통신 관련 사업에 종사하는 사람의 구체적 범위는 다음 각 호와 같다.
