정보통신공사업법 시행령 제35조(착공전 설계도 확인 및 사용전검사의 대상공사)

① 법 제36조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 공사"란 별표 1에 따른 구내통신선로ㆍ이동통신구내선로ㆍ방송공동수신설비의 공사를 말한다. 다만, 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 공사는 제외한다. <개정 2008.10.29, 2008.12.31, 2012.7.17, 2018.4.17>
