공무원연금법 시행령 제96조(민감정보 및 고유식별정보의 처리)
Enforcement Decree of the Public Officials Pension Act, Article 96 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Personal Identification Information)
연금취급기관장, 공단(법 제23조 및 이 영 제16조에 따라 공단의 업무를 위탁받은 기관을 포함한다) 및 인사혁신처장은 법 또는 이 영에 따른 다음 각 호에 관한 사무 수행을 위하여 불가피한 경우에는 법 또는 이 영에 따라 제출받은 서류 및 자료에 포함된 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보, 같은 법 시행령 제18조제2호에 따른 범죄경력자료에 해당하는 정보, 같은 영 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 또는 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. <개정 2025.7.7>
Where unavoidable to perform affairs concerning the following under the Act or this Decree, the heads of pension-handling agencies, the Service (including institutions entrusted with duties of the Service under Article 23 of the Act and Article 16 of this Decree), and the Minister of Personnel Management may process data including information on health under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act, information constituting criminal history data under Article 18, subparagraph 2 of the Enforcement Decree of that Act, and resident registration numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, or foreigner registration numbers under Article 19 of that Decree, included in documents and data submitted under the Act or this Decree:
1. 법 제17조에 따른 공단의 사업
1. Projects of the Service under Article 17 of the Act;
2. 법 제25조에 따른 재직기간의 계산
2. Calculation of the period of service under Article 25 of the Act;
3. 법 제29조에 따른 급여사유의 확인 및 급여의 결정ㆍ지급에 관한 사무
3. Affairs concerning confirmation of grounds for benefits and determination and payment of benefits under Article 29 of the Act;
4. 법 제33조에 따른 유족이 없는 경우의 급여 지급
4. Payment of benefits where there are no survivors under Article 33 of the Act;
5. 법 제36조에 따른 이민 또는 국적 상실 시 급여 지급
