Act on the Protection and Management of Wildlife, Article 49 (Revocation and Suspension of Hunting Licenses)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 수렵면허를 받은 사람이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 수렵면허를 취소하거나 1년 이내의 범위에서 기간을 정하여 그 수렵면허의 효력을 정지할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호와 제2호에 해당하는 경우에는 그 수렵면허를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2014.3.24, 2022.6.10>

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 수렵면허를 받은 경우

2. 수렵면허를 받은 사람이 제46조제1호부터 제6호까지의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우

5. 제14조제1항 또는 제2항을 위반하여 멸종위기 야생동물을 포획한 경우

② 제1항에 따라 수렵면허의 취소 또는 정지 처분을 받은 사람은 취소 또는 정지 처분을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 수렵면허증을 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 반납하여야 한다.
