Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Prevention of and Compensation for School Safety Accidents, Article 33-2 (Processing of Sensitive Information and Unique Identifying Information)
교육부장관, 교육감, 학교장, 공제회 및 공제중앙회는 다음 각 호에 관한 사무를 수행하기 위하여 불가피한 경우에는 「개인정보 보호법」 제23조에 따른 건강에 관한 정보와 같은 법 시행령 제19조에 따른 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호나 외국인등록번호가 포함된 자료를 처리할 수 있다. 다만, 제2호의2 및 제3호의2의 사무의 경우에는 주민등록번호, 여권번호, 운전면허의 면허번호 및 외국인등록번호에 해당하는 정보는 제외한다. <개정 2026.9.15>
The Minister of Education, Superintendents of Education, principals, the Mutual Aid Association, and the Central Federation may, where unavoidable to perform affairs concerning the following, process data that includes information on health under Article 23 of the Personal Information Protection Act and resident registration numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, or alien registration numbers under Article 19 of the Enforcement Decree of the same Act. However, for affairs in subparagraphs 2-2 and 3-2, information corresponding to resident registration numbers, passport numbers, driver's license numbers, and alien registration numbers is excluded:
1. 법 제10조의3에 따른 상담 및 심리적 치료 등의 지원
1. Support for counseling and psychological treatment, etc. under Article 10-3 of the Act;
2. 법 제18조제1항제2호의2에 따른 학교폭력 피해학생의 치료비 등의 지급과 구상권 행사
2. Payment of treatment costs, etc. for students who are victims of school violence under Article 18 (1) 2-2 of the Act, and exercise of the right of reimbursement;
2의2. 법 제18조제1항제7호에 따른 학교안전사고와 관련된 공제가입자 또는 교직원 등의 지원에 관한 사업
2-2. Projects supporting mutual aid subscribers or faculty and staff, etc. in connection with school safety accidents under Article 18 (1) 7 of the Act;
3. 법 제29조제1항제5호에 따른 한국학교에 대한 학교안전공제사업
3. The school safety mutual aid business for Korean schools abroad under Article 29 (1) 5 of the Act;
3의2. 법 제29조제1항제5호의2에 따른 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교에 대한 안전사고보상공제 사업
3-2. The accident compensation mutual aid business for schools under Article 2 of the Higher Education Act under Article 29 (1) 5-2 of the Act;
4. 법 제40조의2제1항에 따른 위로금의 지급
